Job Description


  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Property/Development/Real Estate Management or any related fields is preferred.
  • Good in communication skill, computer literacy, and can manage others.
  • At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specialising in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the daily operations of three departments - Subsales, Project, and Account Departments.
  • Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes
  • Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality
  • Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
  • Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
