Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Property/Development/Real Estate Management or any related fields is preferred.
Good in communication skill, computer literacy, and can manage others.
At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specialising in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
Responsibilities
Overseeing the daily operations of three departments - Subsales, Project, and Account Departments.
Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes
Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality
Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
