Key Role * To ensure building structure and facilities in good condition.

• To manage the schedule & general waste.

Key Responsibility * To ensure the building structure and facilities maintenance is carried out according to master schedule.

• To ensure all licenses and service contracts are renewed time according to master schedule.
• To control and record disposal of approved schedule and general wastes.
• Uphold company and department regulations and ensure compliance by all subordinates.
• Maintain good 5S in factory compound and surrounding.
• To carry out any other duties as directed by the company.

Skills & Knowledge * Degree or diploma in Engineering/good working knowledge in building structure and facilities maintenance.

• Knowledge and practical experience in ISO environmental management system.
• Analyze and decision making.
