Job Description
: * Work closely and maintain strong working relationship with all divisions within Group Finance, Group Risk and other business units for the preparation of documents for quarterly results announcements and press releases
- Preparation of presentation materials and FAQ for AGM, roadshows and other ad hoc events
- Setting up of meetings with analyst, fund managers, credit rating agencies and internal meetings
- Management of credit rating agencies (communication, provision of detailed information, review of reports and processing of payments)
- Collate and analyse research reports on CIMB Group, Niaga and Thai
- Conduct banking industry research via data collation and analysis of industry peer financial performance and reports
- Ensure the Group complies with reporting obligations to Bursa Malaysia, as well as keeping updated on banking and accounting regulation changes across the regional and globally
- Assist Head of Investor Relations to prepare key data points for external and internal communication
- Coordinate all aspects of investor relations events including quarterly results briefings, investor days, roadshows and investor conferences
- Maintain the IR website to ensure it is consistently updated

- Any other projects as and when required by the Group CFO and Group CEO
