• Degree/Diploma/A levels/WSQ qualification in Student Care Operations
• Preferably with prior tutoring experience
• Enjoy being with children
• Good communication skills in corresponding with pupils, parents and staff
• Be systematic and organized in handling administrative and management work
• Able to work on Weekday (1pm-9pm) AND Saturday (9am-5pm)

Tanggungjawab

• We are looking for candidates who like working with children. Main duties involve day-to-day operational duties which include rostering, scheduling of classes, as well asteaching. Candidate will need to have good communication skills to communicate with parents, staff, students and walk-in customers. Key roles and responsibilities
• Manage operations of tuition/enrichment programmes and student care to ensure day-to-day operational efficiency
• Streamline operational procedures
• Manage all staff under your charge by maintaining and/or building an effectiveteam
• Facilitate parents\' feedback and assume point of contact for dispute resolution
• To handle walk-ins and new enquiries on the services provided by the centre
• To handle parents\'/students\' enquires on class timings/services/etc
• To assist with liaising work with parents and students on any changes toschedule
• Provide relief/take on tuition classes should the need arise
• Planning of manpower and staffing
• Report and update management periodically on operations
• Any other operational duties as assigned.
