Responsible for end-to-end product launch activities to ensure timely and successful rollout; including working with multi-functional stakeholders on sales training, marketing communications campaigns, promotions, etc.
Manage both internal and external stakeholders to ensure technology infrastructure and operational processes are able to support a continuously growing bancassurance business.
Introduce tactical incentive for channel and monitor sales performance from respective channel.
Ensure all products, campaigns, processes and initiatives are meeting standard internally (Risk, Legal, Compliance & Shariah) & externally (regulatory guidelines and Acts)
Ensure the Bancassurance issues / complaints are properly managed and timely
Work closely with internal stakeholders ie Group Compliance/Group Legal/Group Risk/DCORO to develop necessary controls ensuring products/marketing collaterals and process are in accordance with the internal and external rules and regulation.
To ensure internal policy ie CSUG, P&P and other internal documents/policies are updated from time to time
Responsible to put all the necessary controls well in place and continuously educate the sales channel to adhere to the controls.
Any other duty as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management.
Prerequisite Requirements:
Personal attributes: detail-oriented, organised, thinker, planner, works independently, customer-centric, comfortable with numbers and data analysis, strong stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinking with hands-on attitude is a must
3-5 years of related working experience - bancassurance/insurance and product management experience preferred or channel management.
