Job Title: Assistance Vice President, General Insurance, Bancassurance
Responsibilities
Handle GI products for branch sales, telemarketing, digital sales and expansion of new or existing channel
To design and run annual sales campaign, seek approval from CBPA on campaign financials, monitor campaign performance and conduct campaign post mortem
Working with Banca partners to obtain data, information and material needed for product approval, product roll out, sales campaign, customer campaign, staff training, marketing visual, customers communication, product & sales process governance & etc.
Working with internal stakeholders i.e. Group Compliance, Group Legal, Group Risk, RCU, NFRM and Dcoro on product, campaign & sales governance, ensuring adherence to internal and external guidelines are adhered to
Working with internal stakeholders i.e. Group Marketing, Digital Sales & Decision Management on development of marketing collateral, sales funnel targeting, leads criteria & etc.
To review and update internal policy periodically, preparation of GPOC submission and follow up on approval i.e. CSUG, P&P, SOP and any other internal documents/policies.
Conduct feedback session with sales channel to obtain feedback on matters related to product and campaign.
Handle and monitor customer\'s complaint and enquiries escalated to GI team.
Any other duty as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management.
Prerequisite Requirements:
Prior experience in roles like product management, project management, sales channel management and relevant GI knowledge is valuable
Possess strong communication skills, good command in English, proficient in excel and power point are crucial
Creative, analytical, hands-on attidude and problem solving.
Personal attributes: detail-oriented, organised, thinker, planner, works independently, customer-centric, comfortable with numbers and data analysis, strong stakeholder management skills
