Primary Objective:
- Homeowners Solutions Business Specialist plays a vital role in the developing and enhancing home loans programmes for RHB Bank
- Responsible for identifying and rollout of new/enhance product programmes that meets market demand, compliant and provides competitive terms against peers.
- Responsible in all areas of product development including leading initiative and as subject matter expert on all programmes offered The role requires
- Support the Squad Lead to plan tasks required for delivery of Quest
- Support development of strategic goals of a product or project initiative by developing plans to achieve business goals.
- Evaluate product specific requests to determine needs (i.e. product gaps, rates, competitive advantages, retention) and ensure the product is the best solution in the applicable market.
- Support cross-functional teams in designing and developing solutions to meet business and investor needs. Including fulfillment workflow for new products, product delivery, and servicing needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - or equivalent combination of education and experience.
8+ mortgage experience including understanding of industry specific products, pricing, product management with knowledge of mortgage loans processing, compliance and underwriting guidelines
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
- Client focused, coupling strategic focus with strong execution skills and a results orientation
- Strong business, financial and technical acumen. Strong Microsoft Office skills to include MS Power point, Word & Excel.
