We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Customer Service Associate based in our Tricor Management Services Sdn Bhd, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia . Reporting to the Senior Manager , this full-time and permanent position is based in Bangsar South and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our company and its\' growth. Key responsibilities: Performs front desk function to provide the highest quality courteous and positive interaction with clients and employees. Always acknowledge the presence of a client, show the person that you are aware of their presence. Greet and assist public enquiries and welcome all visitors with a sincere smile Receive incoming mails and packages Follow the telephone Protocol: A telephone call is the first points of contact potential clients have with the Company. Efficient and effective communication with potential guests is of utmost importance. Greet clients in a warm, pleasant and courteously professional manner while answering phone calls. Provide office administration support services: to ensure efficiency and effectiveness Prepare correspondence, reports and other documents Open and date stamp all general correspondence Assist in meeting room booking and maintain proper booking records Sort and direct the mails and packages to the right department / person Monitor and record all the incoming mails. Always refer to the Master Control which updated by Filling & Despatch Department on the latest client list. Return the mails if it is not belong to the company / clients. Know how to operate the computer and telecommunication systems within the front office Verify bills/ invoices from suppliers and arrange for payments Make arrangement for office cleaners and for food catering for meetings as and when required Handle all staff requests and complaints Effective reporting and consultation with Senior Associate, Manager, Senior Manager & Director. Coordination & Communication with other Divisions. Managing Client Relationships - maintaining good rapport with clients. Ability to achieve Client Satisfaction & Retention Assisting in Cross Selling Other Tricor Services Achievement of deliverables to clients according to scope of services Key requirements Minimum has 1 year of customer experience / fresh grade are welcome to apply Minimum educational qualification SPM and above Must possess good communications skills. Good command of both spoken and written English. Able to work independently as well as a good team player. Good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team. Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure. Able to identify and demonstrate clear comprehension of customers needs.
