Manage business proposals end-to-end working closely with Client Partners Delivery Leaders Services and other sales support team members for small sized deals and for which existing solutions that can be replicated might exist with very close supervision from Managers

End-to-end management of proposals including organizing planning tracking the bid and working closely with sales account services and other functions to prepare a compelling proposal response
Closely review the progress with Managers and take feedback
Understand customer requirements & business problems and drive the pursuit discussions towards building a winning proposal
Take help from managers and organize pursuit discussions war rooms and discussions with other support functions like HR Legal and Finance to complete the proposal response on time with quality
Work confidently with other stakeholders within the organization
Provide regular status updates to the sales leadership highlight issues and challenges to ensure timely intervention
Final formatting and packaging the bid response documents for submission

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive with expertise in AI, cloud, and data centre technologies. The ideal candidate will identify and close new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and collaborate on go-to-market strategies to position our cutting-edge AI infrastructure solutions in the market. Key Responsibilities o Identify, qualify, develop, and close new sales opportunities for AI data centre and GPU cloud services. o Manage the full sales cycle -- from prospecting and proposals to contract negotiation and closing. o Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, AI leads, founders). o Understand client needs and translate them into tailored technical solutions with our team. o Collaborate with the Client to develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies for AI and data centre offerings. o Support GTM project pitching efforts, including joint positioning of Bitdeer AI Cloud alongside UST AI solutions. o Assist in identifying and prioritizing target customer segments and industry verticals. o Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demos. o Provide presales support, including content development, proposal drafting, and participation in pitch meetings. o Participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations as needed. o Offer both technical and commercial input to facilitate deal closures. o Act as a liaison between the Client and relevant third-party vendors, as required. o Analyse trends in AI infrastructure, hyperscale computing, and data centre modernization. o Conduct competitive analysis and market research relevant to AI and DC offerings. o Provide feedback to product teams on customer needs and competitive positioning. o Maintain CRM records, track performance, and provide regular sales reports to management. o Deliver training and enablement sessions to the Client's internal sales teams, when requested. ________________________________________ Qualifications o Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field. o 2-3 years of sales experience in technology (AI, Cloud, Data Centre, or IT infrastructure). o Strong understanding of AI and cloud technologies (GPU compute, HPC, ML training). o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Mandarin. o Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. o Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. ________________________________________ Preferred Experience o Familiarity with GPU hardware (NVIDIA, AMD) or cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP). o Existing client network in AI, cloud computing, fintech, or enterprise sectors.
