JOB DETAILS Project Implementation \xc2\xb7 Participate in the project implementation life cycle. \xc2\xb7 To involve in documentation gathering. \xc2\xb7 To involve in designing automation processes based on a customer\'s requirements. \xc2\xb7 Using the RPA tools to code and resolve the issues during the automation process. \xc2\xb7 To analyze the design and automation code. \xc2\xb7 Assist in documenting the process for automation. Technical Support \xc2\xb7 To provide technical support to the customer. \xc2\xb7 Assist in performing technical root cause analysis for the given problems and feedback from our incorporated customer and end-user. \xc2\xb7 Assist in outlining a corrective action plan to improve the product\xe2\x80\x99s functionality. Software Development and Deployment \xc2\xb7 Developing standard software solutions and system components and integrating these into existing and new designs. \xc2\xb7 Participate in peer code reviews by providing comments and suggestions. \xc2\xb7 Actively champion new ideas and features to team members. \xc2\xb7 Assist to document designs with ample comments, reports, descriptions, issue tracking, and resolution. \xc2\xb7 To support customer feedback and QA Testing. General \xc2\xb7 Work cross-functionality with various teams and people of different skillsets. \xc2\xb7 Complete assigned tasks on time and with high quality. \xc2\xb7 To perform other duties at the discretion of superior and/or management. REQUIREMENTS \xc2\xb7 Possesses a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 At least 1 year and above working experience in a related field will be an added advantage. \xc2\xb7 Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. \xc2\xb7 Required skills: Basic knowledge of SQL queries; MS Excel; Strategic Planning; Analytical and Logical Thinking. \xc2\xb7 Work independently, team player and good initiative. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Benefits:
