Previous experience in event decoration, especially balloon artistry, is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships and sales.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented environment.
Organizational skills and attention to detail for event setup and decoration.
Knowledge of event industry trends and familiarity with event venues in the area is a plus.
Training will be provided or have related experience will be advantage.
We also welcome candidates who do not have any working experience in this specific industry but are eager to transition into it, their application will still be taken into consideration

Responsibilities

Create stunning balloon decorations, sculptures, and installations that align with our clients\' event themes and requirements.
Set up and install balloon decorations at event venues, ensuring they are safe, secure, and visually appealing.
Monitor and maintain balloon decorations during events to ensure they remain in excellent condition throughout the event.
Work closely with the event planning and decoration team to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless event setup and execution.
