- Candidate will act as a Bartender for this job position.
- Able to prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage for bar and restaurant.
- Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses and serving beverages.
- Welcoming customers, listening to determine beverage preferences, taking drink orders, serving snacks and drinks.
- Informing customer about new beverages and specialsmix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
- Plan and present bar menus.
- Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to consume alcohol.
- Taking inventory and to ensure bar/tables are well.
- Maintaining a clean work and dining area clean.
- Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
- Develop strong relationships with all team to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Professional Certificate in Hotel Tourism or Food and Beverage studies/Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or equivalent.
- Preferably candidate specialized in Bar/Lounge/Food & Beverage/Restaurant Services or equivalent.
- Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s) : Proven success in a similar role and environment, pride and attention to detail, polished personal presentation with warm, confident and hospitable personality.
- Enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience and exceeding customer\'s needs.
