Job Description

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.

2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and supplies.

3. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.

4. Ensure all drinks are prepared according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.

5. Handle guest orders promptly and courteously.

6. Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible service of alcohol.

7. Operate POS system accurately for orders and payments.

8. Support bar setup and closing procedures.

9. Work closely with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.

10. Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Working Experience

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment (preferred).

2. Experience with cocktail preparation and basic mixology is an advantage.

3. Familiarity with bar equipment, stock rotation, and beverage service standards.

4. Experience in customer service or F&B operations is beneficial.

Skills Required

1. Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations.

2. Excellent customer service and communication skills.

3. Ability to work under pressure and handle busy periods.

4. Team player with a positive and professional attitude.

5. Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

6. Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

7. Basic math skills for handling payments and inventory.

8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
