Handle
customer orders
, including maintaining order portals, managing online sales campaigns, promotions, and pricing, and ensuring all payments are up to date.
Monitor and manage branch stock levels to ensure they follow company SOPs.
Respond to
customer inquiries
via calls, messages, emails, and walk-ins.
Participate in
company events
and use
social media marketing
(e.g., Facebook Live) to promote products, working with the marketing team to create and run campaigns.
Provide feedback on marketing materials, advertising, and digital strategies to help grow brand awareness.
Perform general administrative, coordination, and support tasks as assigned by your superior.
Job Requirement:
Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Admin, Management or other related field.
Aggressive and sales driven.
Possess good communication skill in English & Malays.
Self-motivated; exhibits strong self-management and sense of urgency.
Good presentation and public speaking skills
Other tasks or job assignments include but not limited to day-to-day administration, coordination, and service support assigned by superior based on business need.
