A fashion lifestyle brand is seeking a Brand Lead (Lifestyle Sports) to forefront the brand\'s commercial activities and operations within Malaysia. This job is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and reports to the regional team based in Singapore. About the Brand Lead (Lifestyle Sports) Role:
You will be responsible for driving commercial activities and grow the brand in Malaysia for the retail and e-commerce channel. Key Responsibilities:

  • Be accountable for the sales and gross profit results for all commercial activities including retail and e-commerce channels in Malaysia
  • Identify and evaluate business building opportunities and develop short and mid-term commercial plans
  • Make annual sales and gross profit plan and track the progress in a regular manner
  • Identify, develop and execute strategic initiatives to achieve the business growth in Malaysia
  • Identify optimal retail store locations, make P&L simulation, negotiate the terms with the landlords, and manage the build-out of the store design, visual merchandising, and store construction
To succeed in this Brand Lead (Lifestyle Sports) job, you will need to have the ability to grow the brand and be responsible for the end-to-end branding for the assigned brand. Key Requirements:
  • 10 or more years of experience successfully leading the fashion goods industry
  • Proficiency in merchandising, visual presentation, marketing, human resources, and store operations
  • Proven strategic, operational and leadership abilities with demonstrated significant impact to the business results
