Responsibilities Conduct Business Development/Sales Engagement activities with prospective clients via email, telephone and future in person opportunities - including conducting intro presentations/ technical solution demonstrations Create consistent pipeline demand through qualified leads. Work with leadership teams to develop regional demand generation strategies. Drive deployment of Benchmark Platform for new customers and applications. Provide application and functional support to the Benchmark Gensuite customers. Be able to drive customer satisfaction and growth. Maintain good relationship with Customers and explore new opportunities. Stay up to date with Industry trends and regulatory changes. Qualification and required Skills Bachelor\'s degree in information systems/computer science and computer-related training 3-5 years of experience working in SaaS position, preferred Exceptional listening, communication & presentation skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented Experience building and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement and renewals Good to have Skills Proficiency in English language Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed, action, and continuous improvement Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data/information into an actionable plan Strong PowerPoint skills and experience with Excel preferred Comfort in a dynamic environment where we all wear many hats Questions about the position Please contact us at [HIDDEN TEXT]
