Pitching for new customers and to add placement for existing customers.
Maintain good relationships & communicate feedback from customers.
Monitoring customer records related to sales & products (to avoid losses).
Provide information and support to the technical, operation & account division related to complaints, machine damage, sale & products.
Ensure the machine in the location works & can be used to the maximum.
Market analysis and feedback to management on current industry trends & treats.
Giving cooperation and solutions to customers when the machine has a problem.
Job Requirements
Education: A diploma or degree in a relevant field is required.
Experience: Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in a related field if they hold a diploma, or 2 years of experience if they hold a degree.
Skills: Candidates should be proficient in using computer software such as Excel, Word, and the latest relevant programs. In addition, they should have the ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers, work independently with minimal supervision, and have their own car for transportation purposes.
