Qualifications:

• Prior experience in marketing, digital marketing, business management or sales.
• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Ability to motivate others on a team and help them succeed
• Strong knowledge of company products, goals and standards
• Ability to generate a variety of reports and presentations displaying regional performance
• Strong customer service skills in the areas of handling disputes and treating customers with care
• Possess driving licence B2/D and open to travel for business purposes.

TanggungjawabYour Role:

• To lead, guide and train area managers to develop dealers at the region
• Prepare online/offline sales training program to the dealers
• Organize dealers/agents engagement program and update the activities to HQ (picture / video)
• Collect feedbacks / issues from area manager escalated by dealers/users
• Prepare issue / sales performance reports and present to HQ
• Require travel within the region to meet area managers and dealers
