• Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly via email and WhatsApp, providing clear and accurate information.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the existing tools.
• Meet personal/customer service team sales/ renewal targets and call handling quotas as and when required.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution time achieved.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers\' needs and preferences.

RequirementsWHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

• Diploma in business, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably handling email and WhatsApp communications.
• Experience in the insurance industry or a related field is advantageous.
• Strong ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all communications and documentation.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience.
