Why does this job exist and why is it critical?\xe2\x80\x8bWhat are you accountable for?

• Manage vendor purchase, procurement process and vendor invoice process
• Support vendor for issues
• Manage sales operations such as customer billing process and issues
• Maintain sales and cost data including (but not limited to) tracking of customer contracts, value, billing details, services, vendor cost/COG and others
• Track, maintain and perform customer\xe2\x80\x99s service renewal
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms
• Provide accurate sales and cost data to finance for monthly reporting and analysis such as accrual, cost overrun and other
• Other adhoc tasks assigned by reporting manager related to business and sales operation
• Knowledge of telecommunications products, services, and technologies is highly desirable.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to communicate progress and insights.
• Manage operational budgets and expenses effectively while ensuring financial discipline and cost control for projects related purchases
