\xef\xbb\xbfClient Background: A world-renowned tire and automotive component manufacturerIndustry: ManufacturerLocation: Shah AlamHeadcount: 1Tenure: PermanentRemuneration: RM5,500Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of the application system in operation and resolving incidents/requests regarding the use of application software and hardware on-site and remotely.\xc2\xb7 Partner with business units to follow up on problem resolution and make suitable recommendations for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.\xc2\xb7 Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights; and develop analytical dashboards and charts that drive informed business decisions.\xc2\xb7 Maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade existing hardware and software systems, network equipment and applications.\xc2\xb7 Manage hardware inventory and keep track of licensing.\xc2\xb7 Troubleshoot and provide Root Cause Analysis and solution on issues, escalate issues to higher level support and close the issues according to given deadline.\xc2\xb7 Manage and liaise with external vendors to ensure the service and support are delivered according to the SLA.\xc2\xb7 Participate in full System Development Life Cycle including requirement study, design, development, testing, documentation and implementation.\xc2\xb7 Author and update documentation including system specification, user manuals and training materials.\xc2\xb7 Organize meeting for the purpose of resolving different application needs among different user groups and updating user on the development progress as well as the changes in schedule.\xc2\xb7 Constantly educate/change management for all related processes to improve performance/efficiency.\xc2\xb7 Adhere to security, compliance and regulated standard under IT policies.Key Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Science or other IT related qualification.\xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and application support.\xc2\xb7 Experience with enterprise systems, such as SAP and BI tools, and domain knowledge of Sales, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management are a plus.\xc2\xb7 High proficiency in SQL skills, database management and data modelling.
