Scope:
- Sales & Services
- Troubleshooting
- Customer complaints
- Warranty Registration
- Handle sales, products & services enquiries via calls & emails
- Work towards achieving KPI.
- Respond to customers inquiries in a professional and prompt manner.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Education: Minimum Diploma and above.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Mandarin speaker as an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of call centre operation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
- Phone etiquette and CRM - Salesforce.
- Communication skills, Mature and Calm.
- Preferred candidates from Hospitality/Management backgrounds.
