Responsibilities:
Handle sales, products & services enquiries via calls & emails
Work towards achieving KPI.
Respond to customers inquiries in a professional and prompt manner.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum Diploma and above.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English and Mandarin speaker as an added advantage.
Minimum 2 years of call centre operation.
Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
Phone etiquette and CRM - Salesforce.
Communication skills, Mature and Calm.
Preferred candidates from Hospitality/Management backgrounds.
