Reply customer emails and WhatsApp\xe2\x80\x99s\xe2\x80\x99 chat.
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems. Providing customers with the organisations\xe2\x80\x99 service and product information. Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
Following up complicated customer calls where required. Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
Willing to work on shift including night shift
