Applicants must have a minimum SPM, Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management/Account. Leadership and teamwork skills. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards. Skilled in efficient time management at work. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to interact in a positive manner and prevent or resolve conflictsResponsibilitiesGreeting customers in a friendly manner and taking food and drink ordersPreparing and serving beverages such as drip coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea and other specialty drinksPromoting and recommending menu options to customers Taking payment from customersMaintaining espresso machines, grinders, coffee machines and other equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting and scheduling repairs Keeping the work environment and cafe seating area clean, sanitary and organizedBenefits
