Key Responsibilities: Key Contributor of the setting up of an effective and operative C&B CoE for GCSEA region Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of Compensation and Benefits programs, policies, practices and processes for SEA countries and areas. Evaluate the effectiveness of the Compensation and Benefits programs annually across the SEA countries and areas. Ensure Compensation and Benefits programs meet local government and legal rules across SEA countries and areas. Implement, communicate, and administer the standard C&B programs, policies, guidelines, appropriately handing exceptional cases.Contribute to the design and management of the Internal Mobility Policy and Practices. Act as a project leader role to lead and drive C&B projects such as policy harmonisation and integration across the SEA countries and areas. Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Studies, Human Resources Management or equivalent At least 10 years working experience in Human Resources with 3 years working experience in regional C&B Highly driven and results-oriented Highly analytical with attention to detail Able to work independently and good communication skills, strong stakeholder management capability Able to manage projects independently We are the ASSA ABLOY Group Our people have made us the global leader in access solutions.
