-Develop financial and business plans, budgeting, and tax planning to improve business performance, as well as recognizing and fixing potential financial, accounting, and tax issues across various business locations.

-Reviewing financial and management information, including cash flow reports, to guarantee their correctness, timeliness, and dependability

-Analyze the regional offices financial and cash flow forecast/budgets, take care of any audit, taxation, and business risk management issues that may arise, and take measurements, analyze the results, and take remedial action.

-Each companys cash management is regularly reviewed, and effective controls are implemented in various regions, boosting cash flow and tightening credit control.

-To maintain adherence to the groups standard operating procedures, the existing internal and accounting controls systems must undergo regular evaluation.

-Sustain and guarantee that the regional offices are following the groups policies and procedures with regard to the financial management systems (procedures, policies, and guidelines) in order to collect accurate and timely information.

-Fosters system and process improvement across all Group companies.

-In charge of and in charge of the Jakarta offices statutory audit, tax, and other financial management tasks.

-Support Indonesian businesses with the whole SAP rollout programme.

-Participate fully and actively in the senior management team of the Group, including the Board of Directors.

-Fully develop and manage the Groups Finance, Treasury, and Tax divisions management and workforce.

-Discuss and coordinate the audit schedule and programme with outside auditors for the year-end statutory audit.

-Create contact programmes for fostering relationships with the appropriate parties in the financial institutions and other commercial businesses
Requirements

Job Requirements:

-Masters or Bachelors degree, or a professional qualification in accounting or finance (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, MIA).

-At least 15 to 20 years of experience working in accounting or finance, ideally in a similar field. An extra benefit will be previous experience with a global accounting firm.

-Candidates with experience in the plantation industry and exposure to Indonesia will be at an advantage.

-Excellent written and verbal English

-Strong team player, self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and able to plan ahead.

-strong analytical abilities and an attention to detail.

-Powerful presenting and communication abilities
