Overall project management which includes but not limited to planning, implementation, execution and completion of sections of project to ensure successful completion of the project.
Coordination of multi-disciplinary works within a project including handling project planning, budget and cost control, safety and quality system implementation.
Provide feedback / presentation regarding project progress to senior management.
Focus on the successful delivery of the project and manage all aspects of the construction programme
Follow up with relevant authorities and consultants on approval of land matters, proposed layout, building plan, design proposals, tender documentation etc
