Job Description


DescriptionPrimary Objective:

  • To lead the team and provide front line system support (hardware and application) for Group Treasury in ensuring smooth business operations including BCP/DR coordination.
  • To manage the team in all administration, regulatory reporting, procurement & payment matters for the Group Treasury business, where ID administration include regional offices.
To collaborate in infrastructure projects in relation to Group Treasury such as telecommunication, data distribution, trading platform, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the team in providing efficient and high quality system and administrative support to the whole of Treasury Division to ensure the various business functions is run smoothly.
  • Supervise the team to ensure BCP / DRP are executed successfully, and BIA / BCP Manual properly documented (complying to regulatory requirements).
  • Manage and support the infrastructure such as telephony, third party portals (i.e. Bloomberg/ Refinitiv/ ICE terminals), laptops / desktops, and office premise to ensure the infra and office space are well maintained and fully operational.
  • Prepare annual Operation Budget during the budget cycle.
  • Manage vendor/ supplier to provide services based on agreed SLA, negotiate for better pricing, and look at overall cost rationalization.
  • Manage the team in processing reoccurring payments in timely manner.
  • Manage infrastructure projects within timeline and budget.
  • Supervise the team in their daily rates publishing on timely basis.
  • Ensure staff perform their duty in timely manner for their daily reporting for ROMs as per BNM requirement.
RequirementsRequirements:
Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of extensive exposure and experience in treasury dealings and treasury related operations at an established regional financial services institution
  • Strong supervising and administrative skills
