Job Description

The Commercial Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, direction and development of products and services in the Oil & Gas offshore business. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for identifying new commercial opportunities and driving growth across SES\xe2\x80\x99s business activities. Responsibilities 1. Commercial

• Develop yearly marketing sales plan and budget with the General Manager.
• Achieve sales targets and budgets in Southeast Asia.
• Maximize revenue from existing customers and acquire new customers.
• Review and optimize existing contracts for revenue/profit maximization.
• Provide timely and accurate business reporting and analysis.
• Offer advice on business optimization strategies.
• Ensure compliance with joint venture/partnership agreements.
• Assist in developing external requirements for joint venture projects.
• Provide commercial requirements and develop proposals.
• Advise the General Manager on commercial management for business units.
• Ensure accurate commercial office administration and sales reporting.
• Manage the performance of the commercial team, including business development and account managers.
• Take responsibility for Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) management.

2. Sales, Marketing and Commercial

• Collaborate with the General Manager APAC to develop the commercial strategy for Southeast Asia.
• Set revenue targets and monitor monthly performance against those targets.
• Implement the market and sales plan specifically for offshore containers and aviation services, focusing on generating sales and securing orders.
• Oversee the daily management of commercial operations
• Proactively pursue new business opportunities from existing customers.
• Actively engage and attract new customers.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with major customers and potential customers.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with customers, and potentially with key suppliers if necessary.

3. Commercial Project Management

• Evaluate offshore container rental market opportunities to establish a successful business unit.
• Develop a strategic plan with a comprehensive cost-benefit analysis and route to market study.
• Assess business prospects in the offshore aviation market and generate revenue from it.
• Recruit and hire qualified employees for the division.
• Successfully launch the new division.

Qualifications and Experience

• Logistics/Finance diploma preferred.
• Relevant marketing, business or communication qualifications essential.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Project Management Experience.
• Strong Administrative and Organisational Skills.
• High Level of Oral and Written communication skills.
• A capacity to confidently facilitate meetings and deliver presentations.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM20,000.00 - RM24,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus
