We are looking for a self-driven, tech-savvy, and customer-centric talent to join our corporate services team!
Responsibilities
-Provide a full spectrum of company secretarial services to Hong Kong SMEs and offshore companies (e.g. BVI and Cayman Islands)
-Preparation and filing of minutes, board resolutions and annual returns
-Maintain clients statutory records and in-house database
-Perform compliance and administration supports
-Liaise with cross-functional teams such as accounting, payroll and audit teams to fulfill the client\xe2\x80\x99s the statutory requirements
-Maintain good client relationship, offer solution to clients\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries and needs
-Prepare billings and other accounting reports
-Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-Degree or diploma in Business Management, Accounting or a related discipline
-Minimum 3 years of related company secretarial experience in a professional firm or law firm (for HK companies)
-Prior experience in working in the corporate service and banking industry is an advantage.
-Experience in accounting and business administration are preferred
-Qualified professional members or student members of ICSA/HKICS or MACS/MAICSA will be an advantage.
-Have knowledge and experience with Hong Kong company ordinance is preferred
-Detail-oriented, able to work efficiently and meet monthly deadlines
-Good interpersonal communication skills and business English writing skills.
-Cheerful personality, proactive and initiative, team player, responsible, organized, and able to work independently
-Highly self-motivated and enjoy team works
-Computer skills: MsWords, Excel, World-Check, and preferably open minded to using cloud software tools for file sharing and communication.
-Fluency in English. Cantonese and Mandarin speaking is a plus.
