Define and develop the policy of group Compensation and Benefits
Define, develop, and enhance the Goal Setting and Performance Management Framework
Administer and facilitate annual compensation benchmarking exercise and analysis of market data
Advisory group role to Business Human Capital and Business units on the compensation, reward policies and programs
Track and perform audit checks on the implementation of compensations and benefits programs
Drive digital initiatives on Compensation and Benefits
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of the company
Job Requirements:
At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field
At least 5 to 8 years of working experience in the related field is required
Experience in global and regional structure
Knowledge of HR practices and policies
Possess a solid technical grasp of HR policies, analytical thinking, and logical reasoning
Attention to detail and demonstrate a high level of numeracy
Strong ability in analysing data, identity issues, and trends
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
