Job description: Provide good customer services and maintain good rapport with customers.
Identify and escalate issues appropriately.
Handling fiber troubleshoot calls, feedback and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the limits.
Ensure all follow ups are done in a timely manner.
Job Requirements: Must have at least 1 years of experience in answering inbound calls in call centre environment.
Experience in handling troubleshoot calls will be added advantage.
Full vaccinated + booster.
