- Degree in any field.
- Min 1 of experience in call centre.
- Responsible for handling customers\xe2\x80\x99 and agents\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries and policy matters in a clear, accurate and timely manner via all touchpoints, including inbound, outbound and non-voice.
- Performing backend administrative tasks.
- Deliver quality and efficient service to policyholders and agents, and ensure the overall service level and objectives of the Contact Centre are met.
