Responsibilities

• To overall in-charge of Contracts Department.
• To evaluate risks of tender conditions on contractual and costing matters for discussion.
• Responsible in Tendering new projects and coordinating of all contracts tendering matters.
• Responsible for evaluating and meeting the submission requirements for projects tendered.
• To manage all projects on contract administration in relation to Letter Of Award, disputes with clients/subcontractors/ suppliers, application of extension of time (EOT).
• To comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superion

• Masters or Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying/Contracts Management.
• 10-15 years of working experience as Contracts Manager in construction industry (preferably building, factory, warehouse) and MNC company.
• Strong management skills in dealing with consultants, architects and contractors.
• Experience in handling dispute case is an added advantage.
• Experience in tendering & presentation of project is added advantage.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
