Responsibilities: Responsibilities include governance/control, reporting, analysis and planning of supply chain performance and business partner with operation team. Chain leadership and managing, developing supply chain finance team. Support Supply Chain business unit by performing analytical support actives around cost control, capacity utilization, projects analytic, ad-hoc costing and shop floor management. Oversee monthly financial close including analysis of operating results and management reporting. Communicate and sign off monthly and YTD results highlighting key variances to date and their potential implications going forward. Coordinate consistent review approaches for capital expenditure proposals and provide recommendation on prioritization, including use of financial modeling techniques and sensitivity analysis. Provide financial support for the Purchasing team including PPV analysis and reporting. Demonstrate and drive a culture of continuous improvement in finance processes, including robust analytic capabilities, costing system improvements, improving transparency of reporting while seeking opportunities to simplify and standardize across the organization. Support the annual budgeting and interim projection processes. Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Degree in Finance, Accountancy or others related field. Passionate with business operation and has minimum five (5) years operation management experience. Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Confident, analytical, proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision. Effective leadership and good team player. Knowledge in using computer/MS Office is a prerequisite and exposure to SAP/ERP would be an added advantage. Required professional membership(s): ACCA, CIMA, CPA Required language(s): English, Malay, Chinese
