About the role: As the Creative Director of Paid Media at Publishing.com, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic marketing team, spearheading the conceptualization and execution of innovative, creative strategies that fuel conversions and propel business growth across various paid media channels, such as Facebook, YouTube, Google, TikTok, Display, etc. Your expertise in these areas will guide the creation of impactful ad creatives tailored to each platform\'s audience. About the Team: The creative team is in an expansion phase and presently consists of video production specialists and copywriters, a team that you will oversee. Recruitment and Spokesperson Ads - Develop a systematic approach to hiring spokespeople who represent our brand effectively. Supervise the production of spokesperson ads, infusing an authentic human element into our campaigns to enhance engagement and connection with the audience. Testing and Iteration - Implement a rigorous A/B testing framework to refine ad creatives continuously, using data to inform creative decisions and maximize conversion rates. Collaborative Cross-Functional Work - Work closely with marketing, data analysis, CRO, and other relevant teams to align creative strategies with broader marketing goals and provide creative insights that enhance overall campaign performance. Project Management - Oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of creative projects and campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Requirements for this role: 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within a digital marketing or advertising agency, including direct response marketing experience and leading a team of at least 5 people. Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and utilizing insights to optimize creative strategies. Proven track record of successful direct response and paid media campaigns that have driven conversions and substantial business growth. A portfolio showcasing a range of successful paid media campaigns across various digital platforms, such as Facebook, YouTube, Google, and TikTok, highlighting your creative leadership, strategic decision-making, and tangible outcomes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams within the creative department and cross-functionally with other departments. Demonstrated ability to efficiently plan, execute, and coordinate creative projects and campaigns within digital marketing or advertising, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Experience in managing project timelines, resources, and teams from concept to completion is essential. Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple projects, diverse teams, and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proven aptitude for strategic thinking, translating business goals into effective creative solutions, and aligning the creative direction with overall company objectives.
