POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY Responsible in creating and approving food and drink menus; ordering; taking inventory of stock; maintaining records of purchase and sales and assisting in event planning. ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS FINANCIAL Adhere to division standards and service level to increase sales and assist to minimize cost. INVENTORY Assist and to ensure the outlet inventory are in order and stock sufficient at all time. CASH MANAGEMENT To ensure shift closing; day end & month end closing are done according to SOP. All cash must be bank in on every shift without fail. To assist in ensuring the day to day sales is tally with back end report. FOOD SAFETY & HEALTH Assist and ensuring consistent high quality of food preparations and service To ensure that all equipment in the outlet is well maintained and kept in good working order. To ensure the correct use of cleaning materials and equipment To ensure all Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations are adhered to To take immediate action regarding any infringements of Health & Safety; Fire Regulations and Food Act CUSTOMER SERVICE To increase sales at all opportunities through customer service suggestive selling and cross selling To ensure excellence customer service in all areas and be able to train staff to provide excellent customer service To responds to complaints; taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied customers into return customer QUALITY CONTROL To conduct daily hygiene inspection on overall hygiene aspects of food handling to ensure food is safe and clean for human consumption. OTHERS Ensure smooth day to day operation Understand and able to promote all promotional event held or organized by the company in order to provide customers with relevant information. Assist in providing on job training for new recruitment and exciting staff Ensure SOP are followed at all time -
