Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Must be organized and detailed oriented
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Responsibilities
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Identify and assess customers\' needs to achieve satisfaction
Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service

Basic Salary RM1,900-RM2,200 + Other Allowances + SOCSO, EPF & EIS
5 working days only for Selangor (Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm)
6 working days for Kluang, Johor (Monday - Saturday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm)
