It will be based at: 06-14, Berjaya Times Square, Jalan Imbi, Imbi, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur : * Organize and schedule meetings or appointments with stakeholders, dealers or buyers. * Perform ad-hoc administrative duties such as data entry and update the database system. * Assist dealers and customers face to face at a reception desk, or by phone or email in the customer experience center with their queries. * Presenting and delivering product information and a walk-through of the platform to dealers and customers. * Collaborate with product specialist to arrange user-training to dealers and customers. Requirements: * Working experience in related field such as customer service, administration, receptionist, front desk, or similar role. * Relevant sector experience \xe2\x80\x93 in retail business such as Jewelry or Watch Shop. * Proven client management skills \xe2\x80\x93 commercially aware, tactful, decisive, committed to providing excellent service. * Excellent communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 both with clients and internal. Mandarin speaker is an added advantage. * Great attitude and willing to learn. * Sound interpersonal skills that foster good working relationships IT Software Solution Provider and Smart Building Solution STPM / A Level or Equivalent
