Your responsibility are: To maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always To recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs To handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution To generate sales leads To identify and assess customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs to achieve satisfaction and make customer repeat order To build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Follow up work order till deliverable to customers Supporting sales to achieve sales target You are best equipped for this task if you have: Minimum SPM Basic knowledge of modern office equipment Ability to compose simple correspondence. Ability to work within strict deadlines Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees.
