Job Description
- Candidate must have at least a Certificate or Diploma in a related field.
- Skilled in communication and negotiation with positive emotional control in handling customer support.
- Ability to communicate & write in English is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Healthy body, physically & mentally.
- Have a driving license. Advantage to those who have their own vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Building a database of prospects from various industries as well as providing a scheduled plan in converting prospects to Salam System users.
- Understand in detail Salam System\'s products and services that solve customers\' problems and meet customers\' current needs and requirements.
- To facilitate Salam System users in solving sales matters, technical issues, P.O.S hardware, system settings, bugs and others via phone, WhatsApp, email or on-site.
- To receive, record and resolve complaints and feedback from customers with prudence and wisdom.
- To perform scheduled after-sales follow-up services to strengthen relationships and identify customer feedback.
- Involved in the operation of indoor and outdoor programs regarding Salam System campaigns and promotions.
- Training is provided.
- Work location in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.
- Salary RM1,600 per month (During probation period).
- EPF, Socso and EIS deductions.
- Accommodation is provided during probation period (If necessary).
- Bonuses for those who successfully achieve company targets.
