Responsibilities
Building a database of prospects from various industries as well as providing a scheduled plan in converting prospects to Salam System users.
Understand in detail Salam System\'s products and services that solve customers\' problems and meet customers\' current needs and requirements.
To facilitate Salam System users in solving sales matters, technical issues, P.O.S hardware, system settings, bugs and others via phone, WhatsApp, email or on-site.
To receive, record and resolve complaints and feedback from customers with prudence and wisdom.
To perform scheduled after-sales follow-up services to strengthen relationships and identify customer feedback.
Involved in the operation of indoor and outdoor programs regarding Salam System campaigns and promotions.
