Job Description

Customer Service Arrange import and export operation and documentation
Arrange local and overseas transportation ( Sea & Air )
Handle correspondence with local or overseas agents.
Have a good liason with Shipping companies.
Daily co-ordination of operation and customer booking.
Manage Documentation and Customer Services Dept.
Familiar with shipping documentation.
Preferred with Custom declaration knowledge. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum SPM with good english communication skill is essential.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in freight forwarding / shipping or related fields.
Posses strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Required language : Good English & Bahasa Malaysia ( Mandarin is an added advantage).
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Knowledge of custom procedure is encourage to apply.
