  • FRESH GRADUATE are encourage to apply.
  • No experience of call centre required as training will be provided
  • Min SPM
  • Able to speak, read & write in Mandarin. (client will be mainly Mandarin speaking)
  • Abilities to read and write simplified and traditional Mandarin are additional advantage
  • Good command in English &Mandarin in both spoken and written
  • Able to work on public holidays and weekends (based on business needs)
Tanggungjawab
  • To manage incoming calls and live chat from customers in relation our Apps and services
  • Resolves Apps issues or service problems by clarifying the customer\'s complaint.
  • Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
