On call after office hour (allowance provided)
ResponsibilitiesThis role will be part of the management which need to handle the customers from pre-stay to after-stay, and make sure the customers are satisfy through out the period.
Handle customer enquiries/bookings
Handle customer check in / out process (by phone whatsapp)
Arrange cleaner on room cleaning
Prepare daily report to Manager
Administrative work
