Job Description

Scope: - To assist in overseeing the daily shopping mall operations of Customer Service (CS) at Info Counter and the mall during routine walk. - To work closely with all retailers on operational issues of the mall and to ensure that all policies in the Retailer\'s Handbook are adhered to. - To constantly improve and deliver excellent customer services to all customers (both shoppers and retailers). - To liaise with Marketing Department and assist in ensuring events and promotions are executed smoothly and information is distributed correctly and accurately. - To be able to convert walk in potential customers into revenue and income generating customers for the company by giving them the best customer services possible. - To ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of info counter and equipment under the care of Customer Service Department. - To attend to customers\' complaints, feedback, requests, emergencies and to respond accordingly (e.g. first aid etc) Requirements: - Candidates must posses at least SPM/ "O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field - Well-developed oral and written communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English - Previous work related skills, knowledge and experience would be helpful, knowledge in basic administrative duties with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel). - Pleasant personality with excellent grooming skills and PR skills. - Able to work shifts on weekends and Public Holidays.
