KelayakanThis role is to support a home entertainment product in assisting customer related matters and enquiries via various channels of communications such as call, email and online chat.
Provide inbound calls with accurate and complete information.
Assist the customer satisfaction initiative for Hong Kong client
Assist customers to resolve service issues with product features and provide guidance.
Consistently maintain service standards within set KPIs in regard to customer service.
Follow through on any outstanding issues and provide timely responses.
Handle complaints tactfully and take corrective actions within guidelines.
No selling required. Product & System Training will be provided in our Ipoh Office.
Tanggungjawab
Minimum of High School Education.
Proficiency in English & Cantonese Dialect due to the location of clients in Hongkong
Must be able to read and type traditional Chinese words
Willingness to work shifts inclusive of Public Holidays and weekends
Working shift 9am - 6pm and 12pm - 9pm
Work from Home with Internet connection
Positive disposition
Basic level of IT competency (MS Office and Windows Applications).
Passion for Customer Service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
