Job Description


This role is to support a home entertainment product in assisting customer related matters and enquiries via various channels of communications such as call, email and online chat.

  • Provide inbound calls with accurate and complete information.
  • Assist the customer satisfaction initiative for Hong Kong client
  • Assist customers to resolve service issues with product features and provide guidance.
  • Consistently maintain service standards within set KPIs in regard to customer service.
  • Follow through on any outstanding issues and provide timely responses.
  • Handle complaints tactfully and take corrective actions within guidelines.
  • No selling required. Product & System Training will be provided in our Ipoh Office.
Responsibilities
  • Minimum of High School Education.
  • Proficiency in English & Cantonese Dialect due to the location of clients in Hongkong
  • Must be able to read and type traditional Chinese words
  • Willingness to work shifts inclusive of Public Holidays and weekends
  • Working shift 9am - 6pm and 12pm - 9pm
  • Work from Home with Internet connection
  • Positive disposition
  • Basic level of IT competency (MS Office and Windows Applications).
  • Passion for Customer Service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
