Job Responsibility Know gym knowledge and Kampung Gym gym facilities well Welcoming customer Assisting Fitness Consultant completed paper work & sale Answering & directing phone cells (expected sales related) Collecting towels Solving customer problems Assist marketing department to collect relevant data and analyse customer data Participate in Kampung Gym promotional activities when required to increase brand awareness Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers Job Requirements Education and Certifications in exercise science or related fields preferred. Great interpersonal and teamwork skills Excellent verbal communication and memorization skills. Empathy, patience, and ability to inspire and support clients.
