Job Description


Body:

  • To attend inbound calls to assist an inquiries from the customers in a call center environment
  • Identify and handle customer inquries completely and accurately to the satisfaction of the customer
  • Educate the customer about the organisation product and services and direct them toward available resources for self-help
  • Maximize opportunities to up sell and cross sell company product and services in accordance to guidelines given
  • Enter customer data and other relevant information into call center database
  • Maintain confidentiality at the organization customer and data
  • Adhere to work schedule as planned
Job Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia,English and Mandarin (would be an advantage)
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Must be willing to work on shift basis
  • 100 Full-Time position(s) available.
