To attend inbound calls to assist an inquiries from the customers in a call center environment
Identify and handle customer inquries completely and accurately to the satisfaction of the customer
Educate the customer about the organisation product and services and direct them toward available resources for self-help
Maximize opportunities to up sell and cross sell company product and services in accordance to guidelines given
Enter customer data and other relevant information into call center database
Maintain confidentiality at the organization customer and data
Adhere to work schedule as planned
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia,English and Mandarin (would be an advantage)
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
